About Us

Bing Wong is named after philanthropist and long time San Bernardino resident, Bing Sum Wong, who raised and provided thousands of scholarships to pay for secondary education for scholars in the San Bernardino City Unified School District. Bing Wong Elementary opened in 2008 as The Home of the Tigers. Scholars in grades TK-6th may enroll at Bing Wong elementary where we offer Dual Immersion and Special Education, Moderate/Severe, in addition to our general education program. We value career exploration and have an iSTEAM and an iCARE  lab centered around engineering and manufacturing and healthcare respectively. Both of these career fields are pathways at our feeder schools, Curtis Middle School and Indian Springs High School. As an AVID school. we purpose to provide scholars with the foundational skills that will help them excel in any and all settings beyond high school.
